Moderna agrees to supply vaccines for 20 mln South Koreans

U.S. biotech company Moderna has agreed to supply coronavirus vaccines for 20 million people in South Korea from the second quarter of next year, according to Yonhap news agency.

The agreement was reached on the same day the country reported a record daily toll of 40 coronavirus deaths, pushing total fatalities to 859. The total caseload of COVID-19 was raised to 58,725.
