The Trump administration on Monday appealed a federal judge's order that blocks restrictions on Chinese short video-sharing app TikTok in the United States.
The appeal challenges a December 7 preliminary injunction from a U.S. district court judge, which prevented the U.S. Department of Commerce from enforcing rules that would have made it illegal for infrastructure companies to carry TikTok's network traffic.
