Preparations for Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games are in full swing as Yanqing District on December 29 completed the construction of its four major venues: National Alpine Skiing Center, National Sliding Center, Yanqing Winter Olympic Village and the media center. Compared to the competition zones in Beijing and Zhangjiakou, project construction in Yanqing has been the most difficult due to challenging terrains and high altitude.
