China and the European Union completed the negotiation of a comprehensive bilateral investment agreement on Wednesday. Chinese President Xi Jinping worked alongside the German and French leaders and the presidents of the European Council and Commission. President Xi said the deal will create a better business environment for Chinese and European companies.
