China has slammed the U.S. decision to delist Chinese Telecom firms as an abuse of the concept of national security and inconsistent with market rules. China's Commerce Ministry Saturday vowed to take necessary measures to safeguard the legitimate rights of Chinese companies, urging the U.S. to work with China in building a fair and stable business environment.
