Northeast China's Heilongjiang Province has suspended all municipal bus and taxi services, the latest measure to stop the spread of the novel coronavirus, local authorities said on Sunday.

A day earlier, Heihe City's Aihui District reported four confirmed COVID-19 cases, which were previously asymptomatic.
