China says it is ready to promote fair global vaccine distribution. Many countries have already received shipments of Chinese vaccines or signed deals to get them. 

Mexico signed an agreement to buy 35 million doses of a vaccine from China's CanSino Biologics. In Turkey, health officials are testing samples from the first shipment of Sinovac vaccines. The first batch of three million doses is part of a deal for 50 million doses.
