Trump supporters breached the barricades on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., Wednesday, as they stormed into the building as Congress debated the certification of Joe Biden's presidential election victory. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced that Congressional leaders have decided to resume the joint session to certify President-elect Joe Biden's win once the Capitol is "cleared for use."
