Bruce Aylward headed the World Health Organization team that visited central China's Wuhan City in February. He said "when this disease finishes, hopefully, we will have a chance to thank the people in Wuhan for the role that they played in it." The disease has not ended, but with mass vaccinations on the horizon, we are so much closer to the light at the end of the tunnel.
