China and Tanzania reached important agreements on cooperation while carrying forward their traditional friendship as China's State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi visited the country on Friday. Wang is on a five-nation diplomatic tour of Africa. At a press conference, which was also attended by Tanzania's foreign affairs minister, Wang said both sides must cherish their traditional friendship.
