A sudden drop in temperature caused fog over the Yellow Sea off the coast of Dalian City, northeast China's Liaoning Province. 

Due to the higher temperature of the sea than the air, the sea water evaporated into water vapor, which condensed into ice crystals when it met cold air, creating this ethereal scene.
