North China's Hebei Province reported two new COVID-19 cases from midnight to 10 a.m. BJT on Saturday, Hebei health authorities said.

Hebei Province has reported a total of 139 locally transmitted COVID-19 cases since last Saturday, with 197 asymptomatic cases.

The first round of nucleic acid testing in residents in Shijiazhuang and Xingtai cities has been completed.

As of Friday, 10,251,875 people in Shijiazhuang had received nucleic acid tests, of which 354 tested positive, and 15 of the 6,744,455 people tested in Xingtai were positive, according to local authorities.

As of 8 a.m. BJT on Saturday, a total of 11,708 people were undergoing quarantine in 120 sites in Shijiazhuang City.
