Andrew Cheung, the new chief justice of the Court of Final Appeal of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), is attending a ceremony to mark the start of the new legal year. Secretary for Justice Teresa Cheng and leaders of the Hong Kong Bar Association and the Law Society of Hong Kong also address the ceremony.
