Shijiazhuang City, north China's Hebei Province, is starting a second round of mass nucleic acid testing amid the coronavirus outbreak, Meng Xianghong, deputy mayor of Shijiazhuang City, announced on Sunday. CGTN visits one of the communities marked as medium-risk as residents there are among the first group to receive the test.
