In light of the recent COVID-19 outbreak in north China's Hebei Province, authorities in neighboring Shanxi Province have strengthened virus containment measures, including the imposition of closed-off management for certain areas. Particularly, authorities in Shanxi's Jinzhong City have tightened control on inbound vehicles after the city reported two asymptomatic cases from Hebei's capital Shijiazhuang on Monday night.
