Southeast China's Fujian Province announced on Tuesday its first discovery of dinosaur tracks. Paleontologists have so far identified more than 240 fossilized dinosaur footprints in Shanghang County of Longyan City in the province. The dinosaur track site, covering some 1,600 square meters in area, is the largest and the most diverse of its kind ever discovered in China, dating back about 80 million years to the Upper Cretaceous period.
