Shijiazhuang, capital of north China's Hebei Province, has become the epicenter of the most recent COVID-19 outbreak. The city is building 3,000 housing units to be used as quarantine venues for potential infected patients who have been in contact with COVID-19 patients for medical observation. The construction site is close to the border of Shijiazhuang's Gaocheng District, which is now classified as a high-risk area.
