China Media Group (CMG), China's national media conglomerate composed of China Global Television Network, China Central Television, China National Radio and China Radio International, has unveiled the official logo for the 2021 Spring Festival Gala.

The annual spectacle is known as the most-watched television show in the world and broadcast on the eve of the Chinese New Year, when families come together to ring in the new lunar year. This year the hours-long extravaganza will be aired on February 11 to welcome the Year of the Ox with songs, performances, comedy sketches and much much more.

The show in recent years has been adapted to the digital age and is now streamed live across online platforms, as well as on television. It remains an integral part of the Chinese New Year rituals in a tradition that goes back to 1983.
