China's Shijiazhuang reports 48 COVID-19 cases in half a day

Shijiazhuang, capital of north China's Hebei Province, reported 48 locally transmitted confirmed COVID-19 cases and 10 asymptomatic cases within 12 hours before noon on Friday, said local health authorities.

The city concluded its second round of mass nucleic acid testing, during which 247 positive cases were reported.
