Days after Fan Yiran's tragic death in what appears to be a random shooting spree last Saturday in and around Chicago, people in his circle remain in the grip of shock and grief. CGTN interviewed four professors from the University of Chicago who mentored him. They recalled the time they spent with Fan and mourned him with profound grief.
