An emergency vaccination program for COVID-19 has begun for high-risk groups in north China's Shanxi Province. People are lining up for the jab in a local hospital in the capital city of Taiyuan. The groups mainly include staff working at businesses dealing with cold chain goods, quarantine sites and medical centers. It is also being offered to those travelling overseas for work or study.
