Shijiazhuang, the capital of north China's Hebei Province, is the epicenter of the most recent COVID-19 outbreak. The city is building 3,000 temporary housing units for quarantine venues to house and observe potentially infected people who came into contact with COVID-19 patients. The construction site is close to the border of Shijiazhuang's Gaocheng District, which is now classified as a high-risk area.
