China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) on Wednesday recorded 70 new COVID-19 cases, including 63 cases of local transmission and seven imported, the Center for Health Protection (CHP) said on Thursday.
Among the new local infections, 16 have an unknown origin, the CHP added.
The city has so far logged a total of 9,867 confirmed cases.
