Harbin, capital city of northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, reported 10 new cases of COVID-19 on Thursday along with 31 new asymptomatic cases, according to local authorities.

All of the new patients work for a same company. Local authorities said they have collected 1,650 environmental samples from the company and an epidemiological survey is underway.
