The city of Shijiazhuang in north China's Hebei Province has begun its third-round mass testing for COVID-19, two weeks after the local government ordered residents to stay at home. The trend for confirmed cases has declined over the past five days, but the municipal government wants to make sure it's safe to resume daily activities.
