Will China and U.S. continue to decouple under Biden?

Once known as the ballast stones of U.S.-China relations, trade and economic ties have been the focus of much debate across the Pacific. 
Where will these ties go under President Joe Biden? Incoming U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken has rejected economic decoupling from China as "unrealistic" and "counterproductive," but not everybody agrees. 
Will decoupling deepen? What does the future look like? What should both sides do to co-exist peacefully while improving themselves?
