COVID-19 control in China
CGTN

The latest coronavirus outbreaks in northern China come weeks before the start of the country’s biggest national holiday, the annual Spring Festival. How serious are they? With hundreds of millions set to travel soon, will China’s existing virus control measures work? And as mass vaccination campaigns get underway around the world, how are things going, and have there been any set-backs? To discuss these issues and more, we’ve invited Dr. Dennis Carroll, President of the Global Virome Project; Dr. Alan Whiteside, CIGI Chair in Global Health Policy; and Dr. Huachen Zhu, associate professor at the State Key Laboratory of Emerging Infectious Diseases of the University of Hong Kong.
