The Chinese Embassy in Russia held a ceremony on Friday to distribute Spring Festival packages to Chinese students studying in the country. Zhang Hanhui, Chinese Ambassador to Russia, spoke at the event, stressing the Chinese government has always cared about the health and safety of overseas students.
