Hong Kong reports 81 new COVID-19 cases, total tally over 10,000

China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) recorded 81 new COVID-19 cases on Friday, the Center for Health Protection (CHP) said on Saturday, taking its total confirmed cases to over 10,000.

Among the new cases, 78 are local transmissions, and 35 are of unknown origins, the CHP added.
