As the center of the country's most recent COVID-19 outbreak, Shijiazhuang, capital of north China's Hebei Province, is building over 4,000 temporary quarantine housing units for potentially infected people who came into contact with confirmed COVID-19 patients. The construction site is close to the border of Shijiazhuang's Gaocheng District, which has been classified as a high-risk area.
