As the center of the country's most recent COVID-19 outbreak, Shijiazhuang, capital of north China's Hebei Province, is building over 4,000 temporary housing units to quarantine close contacts and sub-close contacts of confirmed COVID-19 patients. The construction site is close to the border of Shijiazhuang's Gaocheng District, which has been classified as a high-risk area.
