8 injured, 3 missing after gas explosion in NE China

A gas explosion has struck Jinpu New District of Dalian City, northeast China's Liaoning Province. Eight people have suffered minor injuries and three people are missing. Fires on the scene have been put out. Primary assessments indicate a gas leak as the cause. Further investigations are underway.
