China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) has given nod to the emergency use of the mRNA COVID-19 vaccine developed by Fosun Pharma and BioNTech, and the first one million doses are expected to arrive in late February. The government says it may enforce more strict containment measures, after locking down one busy district over the weekend, for mass testing.
