While the new US administration carries out a raft of policy changes, its position on China remains unclear. It takes two to tango - as they say - so there's hope both countries could help each other navigate choppy waters. Looking ahead, how could China-US relations shift under the Biden administration? Will the two countries be able to turn the vicious cycle into a virtuous cycle?

Answers to these questions will not only have critical consequences for the two countries, but for the broader international community as well. On that, CGTN Host Tian Wei talked to Stephen Orlins, President of the National Committee on US-China Relations, who had work experience on China for nearly 40 years.
