President Joe Biden signed more than a dozen executive orders and directives on his first day in office. Many of these reversed Trump's policies on the pandemic, immigration and climate change. What do those executive orders do? And, on the other hand, China has decided to sanction 28 people who Beijing says have seriously violated China's sovereignty, the most prominent being former U.S. Secretary of State Michael Pompeo. Why has China made this move?
