Dubai will begin providing China's Sinopharm vaccine to the general public from Sunday as coronavirus infections surge in the Middle East tourism hub, the Dubai Media Office said in a statement on Saturday. 

All Emirati nationals are eligible for the vaccine, the statement said, adding that Dubai residents who are aged 60 and above could also benefit from the vaccination campaign.
