Vietnam approves AstraZeneca vaccine amid biggest flare-up of COVID-19

Vietnam's health ministry approved the AstraZeneca vaccine for domestic inoculation, the first coronavirus vaccine to be approved in the country, the government said on Saturday.

The country is battling its biggest flare-up of COVID-19 as it reported 34 new infections of COVID-19 on Saturday.
