Yangon Stock Exchange suspended amid rising tensions

The Yangon Stock Exchange on Monday suspended all trading after the Myanmar President's Office declared a state of emergency and most regions suffered communication difficulties.

It is not clear when trading will resume and the stock exchange cannot be reached at the moment, according to media reports.
