The first batch of China-donated COVID-19 vaccines arrived in Pakistan from Beijing via a special Pakistan Air Force (PAF) aircraft on Monday. Pakistan is the first country to receive donated vaccines from China.  

"Once again you have demonstrated that our friendship is an all-weather tested friendship." Pakistani Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi applauded China's donation in the handover ceremony.
