Shijiazhuang, capital of north China's Hebei Province, will promote work and production resumption in an orderly manner, according to local authorities. 

On Tuesday, the city reported one new locally-transmitted COVID-19 case with no new asymptomatic cases. 

From January 2 to February 2, a total of 866 cases of local-transmitted novel coronavirus infections were reported in Shijiazhuang.
