China is willing to share market opportunities with Eurasian nations, Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi said in a meeting with diplomatic envoys from these countries on Tuesday.

In the face of major changes unseen in a century and the pandemic, Wang said it is imperative for countries to firmly support each other and insist on win-win cooperation.

"China is willing to share the opportunities in the Chinese market with other countries to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results," Wang said.

The foreign minister used three key words – friendship, righteousness and cooperation – to describe the relations between China and Eurasian countries in the past year.

Wang also called for jointly building the Belt and Road with high quality, and achieving shared growth through discussion and collaboration.

Noting that China is focusing on building the new development pattern, and its door of opening-up will only be wider, Wang said under China's development plans – new opportunities will emerge to help build a healthy, digital and green Belt and Road Initiative.

On behalf of the diplomatic envoys from Eurasian countries, Russian Ambassador to China Andrey Denisov said that countries in the Eurasian region are willing to work with China to promote cooperation and development to a new level.
