Tokyo 2020 President Yoshihiro Mori expressed his determination to hold the Olympics this summer in a meeting on Tuesday held by Tokyo 2020 organizers and Japan's ruling Liberal Democratic Party. "We should no longer discuss whether we will hold the Games or not, but instead discuss how we should hold it," Mori said.
