Two weeks after taking office, US President Joe Biden delivered his first foreign policy speech, announcing that "America is back" and diplomacy is back at the center of US foreign policy. So what is President Biden’s agenda, and how will he work to restore alliances? 

He called Beijing America's "most serious competitor," but added that Washington is willing to work with Beijing in the US's own interest. So, what does it all mean for China-US relations?
