Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) has donated a batch of emergency COVID-19 vaccines to the Pakistani military on Sunday, according to an official statement from the PLA. It also marks the first time the PLA has provided COVID-19 vaccines to a foreign army, said the statement. Pakistan is also the first country to receive donated COVID-19 vaccines from China. It started administering China's Sinopharm vaccine to its healthcare workers on Wednesday.
