Updated 21:34, 12-Feb-2021

The Ox has been regarded as an auspicious animal in Chinese culture as it represents strength and embodies fertility and harvests. To mark the Year of the Ox, a themed exhibition related to the animal has opened at Yunnan Provincial Museum, southwestern China. The museum has a large collection of antiques with Ox elements, especially ancient Dian culture bronze ware, one of the most distinctive bronzes in China. The exhibition features more than 100 pieces of Ox-related cultural relics and artworks. Join CGTN and enjoy the collection.
