More than 500 fuel trucks burst into flames after a fuel tanker exploded on February 13, creating an inferno on the Afghanistan-Iran border. It has been reported that at least 60 people were injured, some of them with serious burns. The blaze took place at the customs office in Islam Qala, Afghanistan's western province of Herat. Islam Qala is the biggest dry port that links landlocked Afghanistan to Iran.
