A senior official in charge of Hong Kong's inoculation program said on Sunday that Hong Kong is expected to kick off mass vaccinations in early March.
Patrick Nip Tak-kuen, the Secretary for the Civil Service in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), told reporters that the first batch of vaccines will arrive before the end of February.
