The first batch of China-provided COVID-19 vaccine arrived in Zimbabwe's capital Harare on Monday morning.
Officials from Zimbabwe and China, including Zimbabwean Vice President Constantino Chiwenga and Chinese Ambassador to Zimbabwe Guo Shaochun were at the Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport to receive the aid.
The donated 200,000 doses of vaccines were developed by the China National Pharmaceutical Group Co. Ltd (Sinopharm).
