On Monday, statistics agency Eurostat released figures on China-EU trade. It shows that China has become the EU's biggest trade partner in 2020, with both imports and exports increasing despite the pandemic. Professor Liu Baocheng from the University of International Business and Economics said that the statistics showed "the synergy of compared advantages between China and EU are becoming more visible," and the supply chain is resilient between the two.
