Seven people were killed on Tuesday morning in a bakery fire in Yucheng City, east China's Shandong Province, local authorities said in a statement. 

All of the casualties were family members of the bakery owner. Two other family members survived: one suffered non-life-threatening injuries and another was out jogging while the disaster took place. 

The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
